In order to begin, contact us to discuss the details. We will begin with a brand consultation by phone to answer a few questions, discuss your goals and evaluate your current branding. Consultations are $100 and secure your spot on our creative calendar. Should you decide to move forward with the branding commission after our consultation, a non-refundable design retainer of 50% will be due. This retainer places you into our design production schedule and ensures that we are able to provide you with the best client experience. Your final balance will be due upon approving your final stage of designs and before any files are released for usage. All logo and design elements will be prepared for you in a shared folder and submitted to you after final payment is received.
Logo turnaround time depends on the amount of modifications required to reach your final result. In most cases, we are able to finalize logo designs in 2 weeks.
Custom websites can take 1 – 4 months depending on how quickly the content is received, the amount of copywriting and research needed, and the final edits have been communicated.
